In 2014 we founded Charlie Magazine; a challenging and tabooless magazine with real stories and realistic role models. In this talk we go through the life cycle of Charlie, from a small magazine start-up to a known player in Flemish media and how we depended on and leveraged WordPress. We look at the opportunities and pitfalls of (online) publishing, some technical tips & tricks and how our WordPress-site has grown and changed during our our 6-year existence.
