\u201cCreating Communities & Connections\u201d: that\u2019s the mission of the first official edition of WordCamp in Belgium.<\/p>\n

WordPress is by far the most used content management system in the world, and in Belgium. Despite that, the Belgian WordPress community is quite small with exception of the vibrant meetups in Antwerp and Brussels.
\nBut we see improvements.<\/p>\n

And that\u2019s where we\u2019re heading.
\nNever mind the language you speak or in which city you live.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re convinced that this WordCamp will be the start of a larger \u2018WordPress\u2019 in Belgium.
\nAnd we hope that every person who\u2019s working or playing with WordPress accepts our invitation and will visit the WordCamp.<\/p>\n

During the WordCamp there will be a possibility to meet local and (inter)national like-minded people; maybe to start your own local WordPress meetup group.
\nThat would be awesome.<\/p>\n

Just like our neighbouring countries, we want more WordPress Community.
\nAnd perhaps \u2014 why not \u2014 on short term a national WordCamp edition?
\nYes, that would also be awesome.<\/p>\n

But we\u2019re not there yet.<\/p>\n

So please, share our mission and accept the invitation.<\/p>\n
